I started Pilates in my late 40’s and have currently been doing it for over 7 years. Corrine is very skilled at assessing posture, while providing exercises to correct and strengthen muscles to support correct alignment. Pilates has transformed my health by improving my flexibility, balance, posture, and core strength. Not only has my height increased by ½”, I have never been more confident in myself and my body.
