Body Harmonics Matwork Intensive Diploma
Body Harmonics Equipment Intensive Diploma
Body Harmonics Master Level Trained Rehabilitation Specialist Diploma
Essential Biomechanics Specialist
This program builds the foundation for specialized work with movement mechanics, strength training and injuries. Learn all joints in the human body, how they function on their own and as part of the full musculoskeletal system. Also included are the five core systems for spinal support, postural and gait analysis, and exercise protocols. The goal is to understand how the musculoskeletal system functions, how to observe motion in all planes and create purposeful exercise interventions to build optimal function in the entire body.
Active Aging Specialist
The Active Aging Specialist certificate program focuses on optimizing movement function, strength training and exercising the brain for the physical and mental well-being of seniors. This program builds knowledge of strength, flexibility, balance, postural stability and sarcopenia, as well as common degenerative conditions, like osteoporosis, arthritis, and joint replacements.
Core Conditioning Specialist
This program provides in-depth knowledge of body systems for optimal movement, integrated strength and balance. Together, these systems contribute to the support, movement, and health of the spine, hips and shoulders.
Pre-Post Natal Conditioning Specialist
Physiological changes throughout pregnancy, and how to support clients at every stage, are the focus of this program. Special attention is paid to birthing muscles, their function, and how to condition them appropriately, as well as changes to the round and broad ligaments and how to address ligament pain. Common complaints and movement impairments are discussed, along with best practices to address them—namely pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis recti.
Rehabilitative Exercise Specialist
The Rehabilitative Exercise Specialist program teaches how to approach physical impairments systematically while considering different perspectives. Central to this program are assessment techniques and rehabilitative exercise protocols to create optimal movement, strength and support in the area of concern and throughout the body.
Advanced Biomechanics Specialist
Unlock optimal movement function in the neuro-myofascial-skeletal system. The goal is to create comfort and lightness in the body to help people move with ease and power. This program deepens knowledge of human biomechanics, expands assessment skills and teaches proven protocols to optimize movement function regardless of age, ability, or limitations.
