For those needing to stay seated or need assistance to stand, Chair Pilates is a great way to use the chair while working arms, legs, and core. You will be guided through a series of exercises using two-pound weighted balls, Thera-bands, Pilates rings and other props designed to assist movement, strengthen, and tone all while improving proprioception, eye-hand coordination and reflexes. (Aids and helpers welcome to stay to assist).
